The owners of this beautiful Edwardian home were extending their uninspiring kitchen, which they had had for many years in order to create a new, more modern heart of the home. The space consisted of a large new kitchen area, dining space and snug, along with a larger utility room. The hallway was also being reconfigured to create a grander entrance to the house. Their brief asked for the new space to be elegant, with a neutral base, but they wanted to have some elements of colour brought in to make the space more interesting.

Most importantly, there was a doorway into the snug that they didn't need to use very often, but it was impacting the layout of the room. We created a beautiful bespoke piece of cabinetry for the space, which also included a 'Secret Door'.
